Him We Proclaim
Many Christians and churches today have bowed to societal pressures to be more tolerant and less exclusive in their claims. In Acts 4, Peter and John demonstrate for us how to navigate the pressures and persecutions of society. Even though they faced opposition from the Sadducees, Peter and John continued to share the good news of the gospel. May we, like the disciples, pray for boldness—that we would not waiver in proclaiming to others that there is no other name under heaven, given to men, by which we must be saved.
