Our Plan God's Will
It's wise to plan for the future, but planning that focuses only on our goals and desires reveals that we value our own agenda above God's wisdom. James provides a helpful correction by reminding us that although we are weak and limited in our ability to know the future, God is strong, constant, and perfectly wise. We can plan wisely when we humbly pursue God's glory day by day and commit our plans to him, relying on His Word, His Spirit, and His people to inform our decisions.
