Details: February was the start of the new semester at the universities of Sydney and New South Wales, and their team met hundreds of newly arrived international students. Please pray that the Lord will draw many to himself and that students will be committed to exploring him through investigative Bible study groups. Pray for their south Asian community called “Chai and Chat.” Pray that many Hindus will experience Jesus in a powerful way as the Bridges International team invites them to hear stories about him. Pray that the Christian student leaders will be empowered by the Holy Spirit as they seek to make Christ known to their friends. Continue to pray for the health and wellbeing of the Ackerson family. Mexico (Latin America). Population: 131,946,900 Believers: 8.3%. Evangelicals numbered 800,000 in 1960. They now number over 14 million, and the movement still grows! Geographical distance and broken relationships divide many families, and many are first-generation believers who need help to grow in their commitment and faith.
