Details: In February, two new elders were installed. Pray for all their elders as they meet and consider future strategies to fulfill Christ’s vision at SRBC. This is an exciting time, and biblical clarity, discernment, and wisdom is needed. Praise the Lord for the 15 new members they welcomed into fellowship last month and for the five believers who were baptized as well. Pray for several members with upcoming surgeries to relieve major health concerns. Pray that the kids who are coming every week to the Good News Kids and youth group will be open to the gospel. As final planning is being made for their spring and summer ministry, pray for continued wisdom and guidance from the Holy Spirit. Federated States of Micronesia (Pacific). Population: 113,683 Believers: 24.3%. Biblical Christianity faces challenges on three fronts. On one front are the traditional cultural elements, such as the use of magic and of sakau. Another front is the pull of Western consumerism and the temptation to migrate to the USA. Finally, Mormon missionaries are highly active in Micronesia. Pray for a revelation of the power and love of Jesus to the peoples of Micronesia. Monaco (Europe). Population: 38,341 Believers: 1.2%. Monaco is culturally Catholic, but the real culture is one of materialistic hedonism. It is very difficult to foster interest in spiritual things in such an environment.
