Details: Pray that as they are attentive to needs that arise in their community, there would be opportunities to share the gospel. Praise the Lord for new committed members at Shoreline. Pray that the events planned for the Young Family Ministry will be well attended. Their student ministry is growing. Pray for the students who are hearing the gospel for the first time along with others who know the Lord. Pray these students will grow in their relationships with Christ. Continue praying for the community teams that faithfully meet in local cities every month to discuss the sermons. Praise the Lord that programming at Greater Cleveland Youth for Christ’s City Life Center is off to a good start in the new year. Their Tuesday night Club Cypher reaches 100 students a week with biblical teaching. Throughout the week, cooking and art classes, basketball and soccer gyms, and mentoring and tutoring also provide opportunities to share the love of Christ. Malaysia (Asia). Population: 35,977,838 Believers: 4.3%. Pray for the less evangelized. The Malaysian church has the resources and cultural knowledge to reach them, but it also needs the courage and commitment. The Malays are one of the world’s largest unreached groups. Some now worship in house groups and multi-ethnic churches, but no public congregation of ethnic Malays exists.
