- Supported Worker: Kep & Debbie James in Africa, Europe, and the Americas
- Details: Pray for Debbie as she prepares and then trains women at an ESI conference in Bogota, Colombia, on March 12-16. In April, Kep and Debbie will visit the ESI groups in Zimbabwe and Zambia, working with Fulani church planters. Continue to pray for their church in La Paz, Bolivia, as pastor Pepe invests time training new elders. Kep writes, “Thank you for standing with us in the gospel. May each of us, day by day, treasure Christ more deeply and experience his transforming power of the gospel in our lives (2 Timothy 2:1). We are grateful to God for you and confident of what HE will do!” Malawi (Africa). Population: 22,216,120 Believers: 19.6%. Malawi faces serious challenges in the future, such as the combination of poverty, high population growth, and increasing pressure on agricultural land. The grip of poverty hampers development not only in the financial sense, but also in terms of education, AIDS prevention, family life, and even effective ministry and discipleship. Pray for leaders in Malawi, most of whom are church members, to act with wisdom, humility, and long-term planning on biblical principles. From Operation World DVD-ROM 2010 and www.operationworld.org
