Details: On March 5-6, Mark will be giving three presentations to other translation consultants for Latin America—presentations that they may want to borrow or tweak as they help local translators understand biblical concepts. Pray for his presentations to be clear and helpful to others. On March 9-27, Mark will be up in the Peruvian mountains helping guide a "comprehension check" for four teams as they read passages to fellow speakers and ask questions to see what is understood or possibly misunderstood. They hope to finish checking Genesis and all of Ruth and Jonah. Additionally, the teams will go over Mark’s notes with corrections they need to make to the first ten chapters of Joshua. Pray that the men involved in this C4 project will continue to grow in their abilities to read, write, and teach others in Quechua. Lesotho (Africa). Population: 2,363,325 Believers: 12.1%. Lesotho faces great challenges. The HIV infection rate is among the highest in the world (20.9%). Family breakdown, poverty, unemployment, and limited access to water frustrate daily life.
